"Mixing Happiness"

As part of Christmas, fruit mixing ceremony was done on Nov 28th. Tradionally the Cake mixing ceremony also called the `stirring ceremony' was celebrated from the 17th Century which started in Europe. The ceremony marked the arrival of the harvest season, during which lot of fruits and nuts are harvested and used in the making of traditional plum cake. The mixed fruits were kept for fermentation and delicious cake of near to 200 kg were made and sold.
